Currently working on a series of painting taking inspiration from calligraphy or rather the imaging of the sound of a language. These paintings worked as a means of offering language as a gestural act on the fragility of Chinese tissue papers and collaged papers.

Looking at the Japanese tradition of Rimpa and the work of artist calligraphers Hon’ami Kōetsu (1558–1637) and Tawaraya Sōtatsu (d. c.1643).
